Who are you?
* An outstanding Recruiter who is always striving to be the best
* An interest in and understanding of all things Digital - or a strong willingness and ability to learn
* Experience of working in the IT sector (not essential, a nice to have)
* At least 1 - 2 years experience working as a recruiter
What will you be doing?
* Either the full 360 or 180 recruitment process (depending on your experience)
* Manage diary and call any pre-booked candidates
* Build relationships and arrange your own candidates to call in your diary
* Work on a variety of account-managed positions
* Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn & our CRM system
* Work closely with the sourcing team
