Role: Estate Manager
Location: City of London
Hours: Monday-Friday + 2 working days from home 9:30-6pm

The Role
As an Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties are managed to the highest standards. You will oversee multiple estates, manage budgets, and lead a team dedicated to maintaining quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operational Excellence: Supervise maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage service providers effectively.
* Team Leadership: Work closely with Building Caretakers and Concierge teams to ensure smooth property operations and oversee the development of estate management plans.
* Supplier Management: Coordinate with service suppliers to guarantee top-notch service and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
About You
They are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for estate management. The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in block/estate management with a strong understanding of compliance and budget management.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for cost-saving opportunities.
* A background in health and safety implementation and a drive for achieving exceptional results.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in built-to-rent or freeholder properties.
* IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
* ATPI qualification.
