Job Description:
Are you IOSH managing safely qualified?
Do you have Facilities Management experience?
Are you available immediately?
Our Facilities Management company need a short-term Facilities Manager who can hit the ground running!
This booking is for 2 weeks and starting this week! £22phr, based in Central London!
Customer Liaison:
* To be the first point of contact for the management of our client’s service delivery to clients.
* Demonstrate a responsive "can-do" attitude to the client, and end users.
* Responsibility for ensuring due compliance to the contract specification.
Manage desk moves - liaise with IT
Quality of Service Delivery:
* Overall responsibility for quality performance on the contract with respect to Catering, Cleaning, Security, Portering and external suppliers which will include but is not limited to:
* Maintain and monitor agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken where necessary as laid down in the contract specification.
* By daily personal inspection, ensure that the scope of contract is being correctly delivered and that service standards are maintained and improved, taking remedial action where necessary.
* Provide a quality, customer friendly service at all times, in line with the partnering ethos/culture.
