Key Responsibilities as a Mobile Cleaner
* Responsible for the high-level cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
* Provide a high standard of customer service.
* Ability to work alone, and pro-actively arrange your schedule, working within a busy schedule, ensuring the communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
* Help assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting defects and undertaking routine safety and fire safety checks (training provided).
Core Experience and Skills
* Excellent communication skills, and can work as part of a flexible and dedicated team with a proactive and adaptable approach
* You will live in or around the?Maidstone area?to enable the best practical location
* You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as you will be required to use a company van).
* You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames
