Do you have experience within interior design looking to work for a dynamic SME specialising in high-end bespoke residential designs?
On offer is the opportunity to work for an innovative team which bring luxury interior designs to life. You will make a direct and positive impact on the success of this business and will be the go to individual for creating detailed bathroom drawings, including tile layouts and specifications, and developing comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings such as floor plans, elevations, and sections based on the designer’s concepts.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Create detailed bathroom drawings, including tile layouts and specifications
* Develop 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections based on the designer’s concepts
* Generate realistic renderings, 3D models, and virtual walkthroughs
* Work closely with interior designers, architects, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with standards.
* Assist in selecting and detailing materials, finishes, and furnishings, including creating schedules and specifications.
* Work to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects
* Attend client visits when necessary
The Person:
* Experience as a CAD Technician with residential experience or as an Interior Designer with technical drawings experience
* Experience using Vectorworks
* Have a degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
