Bramah HR is recruiting for a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our clients vehicle fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s fleet, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- Monitor fleet performance and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and servicing
- Manage fuel consumption and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise a team of drivers and maintenance staff
- Analyse data to improve fleet operations
Skills
- Proven experience in fleet management for both Cars and LCV’s
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with fleet management software is advantageous
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
