My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join their Data Democratisation team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining self-service analytics platforms and software solutions within the organisation. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, designing user-friendly interfaces, and implementing robust software solutions that empower users to access, analyse, and derive insights from data independently.

* Efficient and secure data access and analysis workflows

Required Experience: * Proven experience in software engineering (Python or Java)
* Experience in platform engineering or related roles
* Proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools
* Strong understanding of data management principles and workflows with experience in data management and governance tools
* Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to data
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with self-service analytics platforms
