Part time role - 3 - 4 days a week - Hybrid working model - Join a well-established boutique event agency in a trailblazing senior role!
THE COMPANY
Working on a broad range of events across the UK and internationally this award winning boutique agency offer seamless event delivery across a variety of sectors including financial services, insurance and media to name a few!  As experts in operational delivery and execution they produce over 60 events a year including large scale conferences and incentive events! With continuous growth year on year they are at an exciting point in their development.

THE ROLE
Due to an increase  in business from both new and existing accounts they are now looking to recruit an experienced Event / Content Producer to join their committed team. With strong technical production and creative content production knowledge this person will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality content across a range of sectors. Working closely with their Creative Director, Technical Director and Head of Events this is a broad role and includes:
* Taking and interpreting client briefs
* Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement
* Ensuring  content aligns with clients’ key objectives and delivers key messaging
* Supporting with the development of the overall theme, content, experience and agenda
* Advising on  facilitation elements including rehearsals and speaker management
* Overseeing all elements of content production including graphics, film, and digital
* Client and account management
* Managing suppliers and freelance resource
* Budget management
* Onsite management / facilitating virtual events
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have strong technical production and creative content production knowledge, coupled with experience of working across conferences both in the UK and internationally, running the show from a technical and content production perspective. Previous experience of working within an agency is required and candidates must have solid stakeholder management experience coupled with proven stakeholder and supplier management skills. Candidates must be open to both UK and international travel.
