Job Description:
A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Stores Manager, on behalf of our client based in Romford.
Duties will include:
* Receiving deliveries, checking, booking in and allocating all materials into Stores
* Operating the counterbalance forklift
* Register any items onto inhouse system
* Ensure items are stored correctly
* Working as part of a small team, liaising with the Purchasing Department for stock and tools requirements
* Maintaining a tidy work environment
* Preparing and participating in stock taking
* Organising van deliveries
Requirements:
* Ideally stores experience within an industrial or similar environment
* MUST have valid counterbalance FLT licence and experience
* IT literate, able to use in house system and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail
* Work well within a team
* Good organisational skills
Hours and Benefits:
* Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm
* Friday: 8.30am - 2pm
