About the Role:
Organised and methodical with an eye for detail required. Administering several key company functions with a numeric slant
* Production of Quotations
* H/S Accreditations
* Control of Financial Documents
Maintaining Personnel Records:
* Training Records / CSCS
* Time Sheets
* Salaries
* Employment Contracts
* Licenses
Other Duties:
* Fleet
* Phone Contracts
* Fuel Cards
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous Experience within a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
