Events Director - French speaker
Euro London is delighted to be working with an exciting Events Agency who delivers full-cycle events in the financial sector.
With a client base both in the UK and France, they are growing their team in the UK and seeking a bilingual (English and French) Events Director to support and manage multiple events projects for their portfolio of clients.
The events can be on-site, virtual or hybrid, ranging from conferences, cocktail dinners and gala events!
The role:
Working closely with the sales team and the Production Manager you will be responsible for the full-cycle of event delivery and project management. While working with a team for larger events, on smaller projects you will need the expertise to work solo on the event delivery.
* Hybrid position - remote office but on-site presence needed for client visits and events
* London based - or easy access to London for events after office hours and etc.
* Managing full-cycle of events delivery for virtual, on-site and hybrid events.
* Attending client briefing, event panning/logistics, conference stage management, etc.
* Able to travel to France and USA a few times per year.
* Events can range from half-day to 3 days.
Requirements:
* Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
* 10 years’ experience in corporate events management.
* Agency experience, professional services or working with a portfolio of multiple events at a time.
* Availability to attend events outside of office hours.
