Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Location: Canterbury
Pay rate: £12.28
Contract: temporary position until the end of September, with the potential for extension or to be take on temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8am-3:45pm or 9am - 4:45pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Our client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to help them through a busy period.

* Minor maintenance jobs
* Painting doors
* Delivering parcels
* Move furniture
* Sweeping / blowing leaves
* Roof checks
* Unload deliveries
* Hold keys to open and close doors
* Event set up
* Basic IT skills required
* Assist the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, completion of job sheet allocations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
* Basic DYI skills required.
* Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
