Job Description:
A medium sized, multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is seeking a talented, client facing Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their growing Manchester office.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
The incoming Assistant Construction Project Manager will benefit from a variety of industry exposure, working on projects across all sectors of the built environment including Museums, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Residential to name a few.
As Assistant Project Manager, you will be at the heart of various projects and will play a key role in shaping the future of these schemes and the team!
Based out of the Manchester office, you’ll enjoy the perks of their hybrid working policy which will give you the flexibility to balance office collaboration with remote work.
Your responsibilities will be varied and engaging. You’ll offer valuable insights and guidance to the project team across all workstreams. You’ll also take charge of specific workstreams and projects, contributing to the overall program of works. From project inception to successful completion, you’ll lead and manage projects with support from senior team members.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
The successful Assistant Project Manager will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, be eager for extensive industry exposure and rapid progression with the help and support of the senior management team. You will also have:
* A RICS accredited / construction related degree qualification
* Previous experience in a Project Management role within a UK Construction Consultancy
* JCT and/or NEC contract experience is highly desirable
* Experience with full project lifecycles, across various RIBA stages
