Job Purpose *Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
*Preparation of year-end accounts
*Preparation and supervision of year-end financial statements
*Support with financial management, work plannign and annual timetabling
*Build strong rapport with teams across the wider firm, ensuring clear and effective communication
*Coach and develop junior staff by reviewing work and championing skill sharing
*Use relevant software including CCH and Microsoft Office
*Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
*Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
*Research and interpret changes to regulations
*Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities
