Job Purpose *Assist in overseeing a varied and rapidly growing client portfolio
*Work on a broad range of Corporate Finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice
*Nurture enhanced relationships with clients and colleagues alike
*Promote the firm at networking events
*Scope out new business opportunities, including winning new business
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
*Champion own development by undertaking further learning opportunities where possible
*Assist Senior team with ad-hoc projects where needed

Job Requirements *Qualified (CTA/ATT/ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of two years post qualified experience with a large UK firm
*Excellent communication skills
*Well organised and confident in managing own workload autonomously
*Good at working under pressure
*Self-motivated, professional and reliable
*Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
*An enthusiasm to progress within the firm, undertaking continuous professional development
