Job Requirements *Support the delivery of audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance at every step
*Lead onsite audit teams to ensure budgets, deadlines and expectations are met
*Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries quickly and effectively
*Supervise junior staff both on-site and in-office, reviewing work and offering guidance
*Use software including IRIS, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks
*Manage own workload, regularly updating Managers with work progress
*Liaise directly with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
*Scope out any added-value services to help support the audit function’s continued development
*Champion your own professional development, proactively learning from the experienced team
*Support the wider firm by undertaking ad-hoc work when and where required

The Successful Applicant *ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
*Qualified by experience also considered
*Proven track record of leading audit assignments within practice environment
*Good knowledge of audit software including Xero, SAGE 50, SAGE Business Cloud and Microsoft Office
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
*A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills
*Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team and progress within the firm
*Hands-on attitude towards building client relationships
*Proactive problem solver, with a keen eye for detail
*Able to work confidently with senior team members
