An iconic quantity surveying consultancy are seeking a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor with a sports and leisure project background to join their Head Office in London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a Director on several, sports and leisure projects which would be considered mouthwatering for any sports loving quantity surveyor.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be involved in some masterplans for a variety of key clients.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Quantity Surveying degree
* MRICS, or working towards
* Experience of working on sports and/or leisure projects
* Have worked for a UK PQS/ Consultancy practice
* Good pre and post cost management experience
* Able ot manage multiple projects
