Buying Assistant * Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Buying Assistant to provide strong administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our dynamic department. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to build strong relationships across various teams.
Day to day of the role: * Manage buying samples across the department, ensuring they are organised and ready for review
* Prepare buying samples for meetings, maintaining our high presentation standards.
* Assist with fit sessions by recording comments and sharing with relevant stakeholders
* Organise and manage the receipt of all samples, ensuring they are readily available and correctly labelled.
* Take responsibility for product management and new season product setup on system
* Maintain the critical path proactively, demonstrating extensive and detailed knowledge of every item within your product range.
* Handle Product Set Up and Purchase Orders Placement.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing post for the team, ensuring parcels are opened and distributed in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work proactively and maintain a critical path.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
