Job Description:
Are you a motivated Structural Engineer looking for your next challenge?
Blueprint Recruitment are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering consultancy on a permanent basis in either Reading or London!
This is a hybrid position that will see the successful candidate working on variety of exciting Commercial, Residential and Healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Successfully coordinate teams and projects
* Act as the point of contact for clients
* Analyse Structural components
* Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction
* Contribute to the development of more junior staff members
* Attend project and client meetings
Key Requirements:
* 6 years’ experience working as a Structural Engineer
* Prior buildings experience, including larger scale Reinforced Concrete across Commercial and Residential projects
* Ability to coordinate teams and projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous leadership experience
* Able to make decisions and act on your own initiative
