THE ROLE
Due to business growth and exciting times ahead, the agency is now seeking an experienced Event Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join the team as a freelancer. This role is for 3 days a week, until the end of September but may extend!
The freelancer will be responsible for the delivery and management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, leading and overseeing full project lifecycles.
Duties will include:
* Delivering a mixture of events end-to-end
* Briefing into the wider agency and leading responses to client briefs
* Planning logistics for events
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Communicating effectively with both internal and external teams
* Regularly updating clients with progress and project reports
* Budget management
* Managing events onsite up and down the UK
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the end-to-end management of a range of events, ideally gained from working for an events agency. Candidates must be client-facing and have the ability to work across multiple projects concurrently.
