Business Development Researcher * Salary: Up to £40,000 basic with excellent commission structure
* Location: City Office
* Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Business Development Researcher to join our City Team. This role involves conducting thorough research to identify key stakeholders within target companies and providing this information to our Strike Callers. The ideal candidate will be adept at both desktop and telephone research, ensuring the quality of data on our CRM system.
Day-to-day of the role: * Quickly research target companies using desktop and telephone methods to identify active stakeholders.
* Build and maintain a list of target firms, understanding their size and market sector.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to utilise crossover lists and maintain a clean and up-to-date database.
* Call companies to build organograms, understand organisational structures, reporting lines, and future company plans.
* Identify potential issues within companies that could be resolved with newly designed office spaces.
* Network at events, building rapport with participants and ensuring events are well attended and planned for maximum success.
* Maintain accurate data on the company’s CRM system, HubSpot.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven ability to take responsibility and be accountable for role and performance.
* Commitment to meeting schedules and targets, with a drive to excel.
* Enthusiasm and motivation to exceed expectations.
* Clear understanding of the company ethos and standards, delivering these with integrity.
