Senior Platform Architect
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Xpertise Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a prestigious Nottingham based business to find a Senior Platform Architect for their Digital & Technology Services department. This role involves leading architectural decisions and technical developments, ensuring robust and well-designed solutions that align with the businesses strategic goals.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Platform Architecture: Develop and document technical solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee governance processes.
* Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for a specified domain, review and sign off on design documents, and manage system environment structures and upgrades.
* Strategy Support: Contribute to policies, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with university strategy, and present proposals for system enhancements.
* Implementation Governance: Guide and mentor delivery and support teams, plan migration strategies, and ensure thorough testing of changes.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay current with best practices, propose system enhancements, and attend relevant seminars and conferences.
Experience required:
* Proven experience in technical leadership and delivering large, complex IT projects.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
* Technical understanding of Oracle Fusion (Finance/HR) and relevant certifications (DevOps, Oracle Fusion, PRINCE2, ITIL).
