Salary: up to £22,000 + great benefits
Hours: 35 hours, Mon -Fri, 9 -5
A fantastic opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join the Leeds office of a top national law firm in the Facilities team. Great working atmosphere in lovely and modern, yet professional offices, this position is ideal for a proactive candidate looking for a varied role.
Candidate Requirements & Duties:
* Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
* Photocopying, scanning, binding, filing and producing legal documents
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Assisting with hospitality
* Covering reception when required
Previous experience in administration would be ideal however the focus is mainly on personality, enthusiasm and work ethic.
