Job Description:
Credit Control Supervisor - Council Experience
Salary: £35,000-£38,000
Location: Borehamwood
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office
Main responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
* Dealing with escalations including credit notes and invoicing queries,
* Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt
* Managing a ledger of accounts.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control.
* Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
* Checking processes are being adhered to including, remittances, cash allocations
* High volume query resolution
Main Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar role is essential.
* A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team.
* Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
* Experience with local authorities/ councils.
* Healthcare / NHS credit control experience
* Excellent communication and people skills (written, verbal and over the telephone)
