As a People Manager, you’ll be a pivotal HR partner for multiple business units, offering expert guidance and support to both employees and management. You’ll spearhead innovative people experience initiatives, cultivate a thriving workplace culture, and ensure all efforts align seamlessly with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement the People strategy, collaborating with the Senior People Manager and supporting plans across multiple teams.
* Design employee experiences that enhance satisfaction and values-driven behavior, promoting self-management.
* Lead end-to-end employee relations, including case work and providing balanced advice to junior team members and leaders.Lead performance management efforts, including leader education and employee training.
* Foster a coaching culture and model coaching behaviors across all levels.
* Coach on reward philosophy and manage the quarterly reward process.
* Develop work plans and personal development plans for team members.
* Assist in designing and delivering training on people experience topics.
* Analyze data to identify trends and improve the people experience.
* Champion company culture and support engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with Internal Communications to showcase People Team initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 4 years of HR experience
* Previous exposure working within a fast paced environment such as Advertising, PR, Production, Broadcast, Technology, Retail or E-commerce! 
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
