MS497 - Junior Vehicle Technician
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for a Junior Vehicle Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining & repairing vehicles to a high standard, in a prompt and caring manner ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Inspect vehicles, prior to and on completion of service, maintenance or repair work.
*Undertake diagnosis of repair requirements to vehicles.
*Procure parts required to complete the work instructions.
*Ensure a final inspection of all work is implemented and when requested, fully test if safety related or a customer concern.
*Record accurate details of work done on Repair Order and other information required by policy and statutory procedure.
*Participate in on-going training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date.
*Ability to complete allocated tasks in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Time Served experience plus relevant qualifications, preferably Level 2.
*Dealership experience is preferable but not essential.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Able to work in a team.
