Children’s Front Door duty and assessment. Pay rate is fixed at £41 per hour (Limited co) and not negotiable, we are already offering above the regional rate due to approved exemption.
Driving license and car required, you will be required to work from the offices on duty and be accessible to offices several days per week, therefore this will not suit people seeking permanent working from home or commuting long distances.
Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
* Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
