We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Portfolio Manager to join an exciting team within the Business/Strategy/Planning Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing portfolios within a business transformation context, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic project initiatives. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and proficiency in tools like Power BI to ensure the successful delivery of projects and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Conduct thorough analysis and research to support project decision-making and strategic planning.
* Utilize Power BI to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, providing clear insights into project performance and portfolio health.
* Develop and implement strategies that enhance project outcomes and deliver measurable business value.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on project portfolios.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of assurance and governance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role within a business transformation and project environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and financial metrics.
* Proficiency in Power BI and other project management and analytical tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and assurance.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
