Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Advisor - Up to £28k on target earnings
Manchester City Centre
Monday - Thursday 9am- 5:30pm Friday 10am-4pm - No weekends and who doesn’t like an early finish on a Friday!

You will be based in the Manchester office and part of a small but highly skilled team of Customer service and Renewals Advisors. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative and whilst you will be having service and sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.
Previous experience in a Telephone based Customer Service or Sales role is essential, however, whilst previous experience from a financial services environment is desirable it is absolutely not essential, all telephone based customer service, renewals or sales backgrounds will be considered.
