House Keeper - Westerham Place
Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new house keeper to work within our client’s nursing home in Wessterham.
House Keeper vacancy details:
* £11.44 - £13.50 per hour
* 36 - 40 hours per week available
* Day positions available
House keeper main duties:
* Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dining rooms, and other assigned areas.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed.
* Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clothing and linens.
* Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
* Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents, respecting their privacy and dignity.
* Assist with any other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
