We have an opportunity for an Account Manager covering Scotland, this can either be an employed or self-employed role, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the main objective of this role is to develop and maintain successful relationships with a variety of independent groups to grow the business portfolio. You will be able to use your creativity and thorough knowledge of the sales process to provide innovative ideas for business growth and ways to implement them.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales achievement and would ideally have experience in the automotive sector. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with a wide variety of people.

Main job missions:
• Grow the sales portfolio to achieve set targets
• Deliver on all contractual KPI’s
• Develop and maintain successful relationships
• Be a proactive member of the team

Required qualifications for this role:

Hard Skills (technical knowledge and/or professional experiences)
• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Highly competent in the use of all modern IT systems and the use of CRM tools
• Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in the automotive sector (desirable)

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday

• Commission uncapped

Experience:
• B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
