Central Employment are delighted to be working with a leading provider data-driven digital marketing solutions. They are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and organised Paid Media Account Director to work with their fast-paced and exciting clients. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Oversee the end-to-end process from briefing and planning through to activation and reporting.
Performance Campaigns: Deliver best-in-class performance campaigns across Paid Social and PPC, as well as high-impact brand campaigns.
Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ business visions, brand, and marketing strategies. Manage communications effectively with clients, media owners, and other agencies.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage your own and the team’s workload, ensuring timely communication of any issues.
Innovation: Drive innovation within client teams, actively seeking media-first betas and testing new strategies to improve performance.
Recognition: Identify case study opportunities and build them into award-winning entries.
Financial Management: Handle finance queries promptly with wider teams to ensure queries are reconciled speedily.
Skills & Expertise:
* Strategic Understanding: Expert knowledge of paid search and paid social, with a strategic understanding of the digital performance ecosystem.
* Proven Results: Demonstrated success in delivering performance campaigns and achieving measurable business results.
* Analytical Skills: Detailed understanding of upper and lower funnel measurement solutions, methodologies, and implementation.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and team management.
