Contracts Manager
– The Role:
This role involves overseeing a variety of contracts related to building services and infrastructure. You will work closely with the team to ensure contracts are managed effectively and compliance standards are met. You will also assist with technical issues and project management as needed.
Contracts Manager
– Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Manage various building services and infrastructure contracts
- Assist in preparing documentation and working with procurement to establish contracts
- Help develop service agreements and performance indicators
- Oversee compliance with safety and legislative requirements for engineering systems
- Monitor budgets and prepare cost reports
- Provide guidance on contracts and compliance matters
- Support project management and address any issues related to maintenance and compliance
- Collaborate with different teams and departments as required
Contracts Manager
– You:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in contract management and technical services
- Familiarity with building services and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budget management and project oversight
