ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - ASAP START DATE - WALLINGFORD - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Wallingford that are looking for a full-time Accounts Assistant, to join the team ASAP offering hybrid working!
Responsibilities:
* Post invoices, check coding and follow up approval for invoices when appropriate.
* Accurate and timely posting of information to the ledgers.
* Dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations.
* Raising inter-company sales invoices.
* Reconciliation of bank accounts and nominal ledger control accounts.
* Payment runs, Bank Transfers and bank administration.
* Involvement with month end procedures and VAT Return workings.
Requirements:
* AAT qualified.
* Proficient excel skills.
* Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
* Good verbal and written communication.
