After Sales Adviser Overview
Superb Permanent Opportunity! 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Are you passionate about the great outdoors? Do you love outdoor activities? Hiking, sailing, ski-ing? Do you have superb interpersonal skills, great with customers? Enjoy lots of contact with customers on a daily basis, if so, this could be the perfect role for you.
The role is that of Aftersales Adviser to join a busy team of 3 who are key to the business. You will great interpersonal skills, be able to calmly diffuse any difficult situations - resiliance, and a can do attitude.
After Sales Adviser Job Description
* Inspecting and testing of warranty claims
* Providing feedback on warranty claims to retailers and end customers by email and phone
* Negotiation to agree resolutions to issues outside of standard warranty claims
* Organisation of repairs and re-soles in line with policy
* Accurately record and report returns on the internal database
* Process returns via the ERP system
* Analysis of and reporting of warranty claims to the Management team and suppliers
After Sales Adviser Person Spec
* Must enjoy extensive daily customer contact
* Will have experience in retail / customer service and ideally the sports / outdoor activity sector
* Proven track record of providing excellent customer service with a stable employment history
* Confident in the use of M S Office including Excel
* Passion for outdoor activities / sport
* Able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with complaints / difficult customers
* Must be physically fit - the job demands being on your feet most of the day with some manual handling
