Salary: £25,000-£29,500 plus performance-related bonus
Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Location: Birmingham

Starting Point Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to join our team. Help individuals facing complex challenges achieve lasting employment through personalised support and guidance.

Responsibilities:
* Support unemployed individuals to overcome employment barriers and secure sustainable jobs.
* Conduct needs assessments, co-design action plans, improve CVs, and enhance interview techniques.
* Develop strong client relationships, providing tailored support and motivation.
* Monitor progress, offer ongoing advice, and refer to specialists as needed.
* Meet performance targets set by the Department Manager.
* Provide in-work support to help clients maintain employment and well-being.
Skills:
* Proven success in managing caseloads and meeting targets.
* Experience with employers, local authorities, and health services.
* Strong interpersonal and IT skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
