Job Purpose *Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with Seniors to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
*Preparation of statutory accounts for the review of Managers and Partners
*Preparation of personal tax returns
*Preparation of corporate tax returns
*Preparation of VAT returns
*Assisting with client bookkeeping and payroll work
*Using cloud accounting software such as Xero, SAGE and QuickBooks
*Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
*Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements *ACCA / ACA / AAT qualified, part-qualified or studying
*Recent experience working in UK practice
*Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
*Able to learn now IT skills quickly
*An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
*A hands-on, can-do attitude to problem-solving
*Self-motivated, reliable and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Keen eye for detail
