Description
* Lead the housing and repairs department to ensure smooth operations.
* Strategically plan and implement reports and procedures.
* Oversee property development projects from conception to completion.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, property owners, tenants, and service providers.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies including that of Fire Safety, Damp and Mould and H&S.
* Drive departmental performance by setting and monitoring KPIs.
* Identify opportunities for growth and recommend improvement strategies.
* Report departmental performance and progress to upper management.
Profile
A successful Interim Director Property Operations should have:
* Proven experience in a senior Social Housing role.
* Proficient knowledge of compliance regulations and industry trends.
