Job Purpose *Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor
*Work closely with the Client Manager and Partners to support the commercial aspects of portfolio management
*Review accounts files and support the tax planning process
*Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing
*Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
*Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
*Support the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion

Job Requirements *ACCA or ACA qualified with previous practice experience
*A proven track record of supporting clients
*Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
*Strong communication skills, written and verbally

*Friendly and professional demeanour, able to inspire a team
