Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised support to mental health service users, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
* Encourage and facilitate social activities, promoting engagement and community involvement.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months UK experience working with service users in supported living, supported housing, mental health wards, or similar settings.
* Strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to provide empathetic support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable but not essential.
