Job Description:
Job Title: IBA Account Handler
Location: Southend, Essex
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Benefits
Insurance Industry Sectors: IBA, Accounts, Broking, Brokerage
A key client of ours is looking to recruit an IBA Account Handler.
You will be required to have 5 years experience within an IBA role and be willing for a new challenge with a respected Lloyds Broker.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong numerical and literacy skills. Good communicational and organisational skills are also essential.
Key responsibilities:
*Cash Matching & Allocation
*Preparing statements for Underwriters, Clients & Third party accounts
*Chasing outstanding premium and requesting full breakdown
*Preparing payment runs for client and Underwriters
*Running fortnightly credit control reports
*General Administration and office duties - IE Scanning, Filling, Telephone
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software applications.
*Knowledge of Brokasure
*Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
*Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
*Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates
