SENIOR DATABASE EXECUTIVE (12-MONTH FTC)

THE COMPANY
This is a well-known Non-profit organisation is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to oversee the daily operations of the database, with a focus on designing and implementing new data import processes and system support journeys.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Database Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Independently design and develop imports, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act ad the Charity’s Data Protection Policy
* Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to determine the use of new data sources
* Ensure imported data is reportable and maintain high data quality, minimising duplicates.
* Maintain database policies, procedures and user guides
* Continuously improve database processes to enhance user experience and efficiency
* Implement system supporter journeys
* Assist with data and import signoffs
* Aid in integrating Raiser’s Edge NXT with other systems.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience as an Executive/Database Officer or equivalent role
* Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Raiser’s Edge NXT
* Experience with FastStats software
* Proficient in building imports using Importomatic or Omatic Cloud
* Skilled in integrating processes within Raiser’s Edge NXT
* Strong data manipulation skills, especially with MS Excel
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key issues in data
* Great Stakeholder management experience
