Customer Service Advisor Duties:
* Answering incoming customer calls
* Carrying out outbound calls
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Deal with customers complaints
* Handling all retention calls
* Supporting sales and customer service teams
Customer Service Advisor Benefits:
