My client are a national firm who are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in Leeds.
The role will require a candidate who is highly organised, well presented and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a company that will offer them the potential to grow and develop within the business.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
* Answering and directing calls to the relevant team
* Monitoring emails that come into the general company inbox and delegating as necessary
* Sorting and documenting incoming post
* Printing/Binding/Filing/photocopying
* Preparing bundles for solicitors
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
* Previous Administration experience within a Professional Services environment
* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
* Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication
