Description
* Designing, testing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment
* Display competency in CAD Packages such as Solidworks, Inventor & Revit
* Developing detailed project plans
* Collaborating with a team of engineers to develop efficient systems
* Continuously improving existing systems and processes
* Ensuring compliance with industry safety and design standards
* Reporting progress and challenges to the project manager
* Documenting all design and development work for future reference
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and trends
Profile
A successful Design Engineer should have:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
* Strong knowledge of CAD software
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Strong project management abilities
* Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
