SF Recruitment are working with a leading provider of HR and Employment Law services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support to businesses nationwide. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join our team.
This role offers a unique night shift schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life integration and the opportunity to work from home after initial training.

The Role
* Provide expert HR and Employment Law advice to clients, ensuring compliance and best practices.
* Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach.
* Support the HR team during busy periods, maintaining service excellence and client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends to provide accurate advice and guidance.
* Manage client records and prepare HR documents such as contracts and policies with meticulous attention to detail.
* Take ownership of client cases, managing them from initiation to resolution independently.
* Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
About You:
* Solid ER/HR background
* CIPD Qualified or possess practical HR or Employment Law experience.
* Able to work effectively and professionally in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
