Commercial Finance Manager
Our client is a successful, growing international business who have established themselves as a market leader over the last few years. With an ambition to continue to grow and develop, they are looking to recruit a qualified accountant into this Commercial Finance Manager role.
The Commercial Manager will take ownership of the sales operational reporting and regularly reporting to senior management in improvements.
Key responsibilities:
* Commercial Reporting - working closely with the finance team to ensure the reporting is produced accurately on a weekly and quarterly basis. Provide insights from the data with the CRM system and agree to changes and improvements to the pipeline.
* Pricing - manage the pricing of solutions and maintain the price books. Ensuring strong understanding of how the competitors complete their pricing for commercial models.
* Process improvement - review existing processes and work with key internal stakeholders to document and provide continual improvements to ensure speed and accuracy. Manage improvement projects and provide updates.
* Quoting - Responsibility for the quoting tool used by internal Sales teams and external partners. Ensuring the outputs can be reported and measured for Sales improvement purposes.
Skills / Experience / Attributes:
* Qualified accountant - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
* Strong academic background
* Strong analytical background
* Ideally has exposure to budgeting and forecasting
* Experience reviewing processes and managing improvement programs
