Job Description:
Mortgage Administrator
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Aberdeen.
They are looking for a kick-@ss person to join their team and be responsible for the administration of Mortgage and Protection cases.
Responsibilities include:
* The end-to-end processing mortgage & Insurance applications in accordance with FCA regulations
* Keeping clients updated on progress of new business

* Maintaining and updating client files and internal records with progress of transactions in line with business standards.
* Arrange mortgage reviews and prepare relevant documentation
* Manage own workload, tasks and delivery
* Liaise with estate agents, solicitors and other third parties
