Frazer Jones is working with a fantastic Bristol based firm that is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner. Working within a very experienced and high performing L&D team the position is responsible for leading the L&D curriculum and related programmes.

The L&D team works in partnership with the wider People team and key stakeholders to deliver blended learning programmes that will grow people capability at all levels. This position will lead learning programmes aimed at a large cohort of experienced employees that are the future Directors and Partners of the business. Focusing on a wide range of soft skills and cyclical technical training, you will have the opportunity to steer, shape and change L&D for this population with the creation of innovative and creative learning solutions.

This position will suit someone with Learning & Development experience gained within a Professional Services and/or Partnership environment. With a strong track record at an operational level you will be highly capable at facilitation as well as managing 3rd party learning providers. A skilled communicator, you will also possess strong stakeholder management and work in a collaborative style.

The firm is based in central Bristol. They operate a hybrid model with 2-3 days in their office.
