Job Description:
This high-profile public body is looking to recruit an Events Administrator to support the delivery of a key programme of conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities of the Events Administrator role:
* Act as first point of contact for queries regarding events, providing accurate responses and first-class customer service.
* Set up online events on the designated platform, communicating log-in details and any other technical details to speakers.
* Prepare and distribute delegate badges and events materials.
* Report on the success of events to monitor the performance of the department.
* Contribute to the success of events by undertaking on-the-day responsibilities.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience.
* Experience of working in a busy events environment, including use of online platforms.
* Excellent written communication, customer service, and time management skills.
* Attentive to detail and personable.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency with the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Salary and Further Details:
* c£13 to c£14.50 per hour.
* Full-time, temporary placement
* ASAP start and lasting until mid-October.
* Based in central London, with remote-working provision for part of the week.
